[A case of hereditary gingival hyperplasia associated with diffuse maxillary and mandibular bony involvement].
要 旨:こ こに紹介す る 患 者は,高 度 の 骨増殖があ り,審 美的,咀 嚼障害 のため来 院 した。私達 は 補綴的立場か ら,顎 態模型,頭 部X線 規格写真 を中心 として検討 し,上 顔面部 には 大 きな 異 常を認 めず,下 顔面部,と くに上顎骨歯槽 突起 お よび 下顎骨歯槽部 に 増殖が あ り,ま た下顎位 に も増殖 に よる咬合高径 の増大 がみ られる と診断 した。治療 に先だ ち関連科,す なわ ち,保 存,矯 正,口 腔外科, 補綴科 よ りなる診療計画班 を結成 し,総 合的 な 診療方 針 を検討 した。その結果増殖部 を 全歯牙 とと もに外科的 に除去 し,の ち全部床義歯 を 装着 する ことに よ り,審 美的,機 能的 な回復 を 得 ることが 出来 る と考 えた。 <治療経過> まず頭部X線 規格写真 トレース 紙上 で各種 計...
